Showcase TIANJIN: A Trade and Investment Mission
Washington D.C. and Philadelphia

The Honorable Mr. Pi Qiansheng of the City of Tianjin, accompanied by Mr. Zhang Jun, vice chairman of the Administrative Commission of the Tianjin Economic-Technological Development Area (TEDA), will lead a trade and investment mission to Washington, D.C. and sister city Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The mission will offer U.S. companies a unique opportunity to meet with leaders of Tianjin and TEDA, and to learn about outstanding commercial opportunities and investment incentives that await international companies. IT product or service providers, and bio-pharmaceutical firms that are interested in working in China or using Tianjin as a regional platform for Asia should attend.

US-China Business Building Conference

UCIEAA and its partners in US DOC, US SBA, NEXCO, CHINATRADEMISSIONS.COM, and other state agencies and organizations are organizing the 2002 US-China Business Building Conference in New York/New Jersey area on May 29 and 30, 2002. About 100 - 200 Chinese company executives and government officials from more than 10 provinces are scheduled to attend this important international business event . On the US side, we expect 400-500 company executives and professionals will attend this conference as well.
